After 20 years of working for Fortune 500 companies, Amy Halm decided it was time to admit that her free spirit belonged somewhere else-out of the policy-laden world and into a more creative environment.

Her extensive background in public relations and marketing has been an asset in launching her own company, called ChickBait. Always one to find a new use for an old thing, Amy morphed fishing flies and gear into sparkling jewelry and finished it off with a Bible verse.

Raised in the rural Midwest, Amy has a passionate love for the outdoors and the people who treasure it. Some of her earliest and happiest memories are of fishing with her dad, who now helps her in the business.
